Reserving a date and a service from Athletic Parties requires a 40% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of your event before the entertainment/services begins. Gratuities are always appreciated.
You will be allowed to reschedule/cancel your event one time, three days prior to your party due to inclement weather forecast, illness, etc. You must reschedule your party within 30 days of the original party date or you will forfeit your deposit. Cancellation must be made in a written format, and agreed upon by both parties. If you have scheduled an outdoor party and rain is in the forecast, hosting the party indoors is always an option.
Duration, services and the structure of the event are subject to change by Athletic Parties for any reason. Athletic Parties reserves the right to take pictures and video of any events that we are hired for, to be used in promotional and marketing materials. Clients will be notified. This includes weather patterns changes, unforeseen catastrophes, natural forces, or any other circumstance in which Athletic Parties identifies the existence of danger or any possible inconvenience. When booked to perform on privately owned property (County/City Parks), the customer is responsible to obtain any necessary permits or permission to have our services present on public and private land. No refunds will be given if the owner/supervisor of the property prevents Athletic Parties from performing the specific services booked by the client.
